For many people, using something — like a bank card — for the first time can be intimidating. A sheet of directions can help, and a “talking head” video can work, but we wanted to create something that would also enhance the company’s brand. U.S. Bank is known for being easy to work with, and this animated example from their series about new cardholder services highlights the important information in a friendly manner. Any intimidation that cardholders felt from using a new tool was replaced by comfort and confidence.
